Sandstone

Warm beige sedimentary stone with a soft directional bedding grain.

A sedimentary stone formed from sand grains cemented by silica, calcium carbonate or iron oxide, which is what sets the colour. Ours runs warm beige with a soft directional bedding grain. Sandstone is naturally slip-resistant when left unpolished, which makes it the usual choice for external paving, steps and pool surrounds.

Before cutting

We photograph the actual slabs and send them for approval.

Sawn and finished at our plant in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. Not brokered on.
